Grahams mark 60 years of marriage

MORLEY — Mr. and Mrs. Dempsey Graham[1] were guests of honor during a 60th wedding anniversary open-house celebration March 5 at Morley Church of Christ. Hosts were their children and grandchildren.

Graham and the former Lillian Delene Harris were married Feb. 21, 1946. They have two children, Wayne Graham of Benton and Barbara Bell of Batesville, Ark.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

  1. To the best of my knowledge, I have not met Dempsey Graham (my first cousin once removed). I haven’t visited my Graham kin in Missouri for at least two decades, since I was a child. I was hoping to make a stop back in June on my way to the reunion in Arkansas, but then that auto accident screwed up my plans.

  2. Wow Byron, I sure wish I could take a bunch of my very old pictures and meet Dempsey, I bet he would know who all these people are that we can’t name from the Watts area in Arkansas. Do you know him or were you at the party?
